INTRODUCTION
Strategically located between West and Central Africa, Cameroon can be considered a hub for these two regions with a great potential for a dynamic Agriculture / Horticulture Sector.
As of today, horticulture is considered one of the extremely diverse and fastest growing sectors with nearly unlimited employment and self-employment opportunities for the youths and especially women.
OUR MISSION
HORTI-FLORALE INSTITUTE - BUEA (HFIB) has as mission to train, educate and develop Horticulture and the Central African Sub-Region. The institute is established to research on local and exotic varieties of plants to be used for both ornamental and food crops. The standards of the institute have been set on sustainability, to bring such practices in hortiflorale to the door steps of people in the region, to transform and professionalize every aspect of hortiflorale, to take the challenge, motivate and bring to young talented under privileged youths in the sub-region the urge to engage in this sector.

HORTI-FLORALE INSTITUTE - BUEA (HFIB) considers herself a Centre for Vocational Excellence in Sustainable Horticulture, an institution for Higher Learning working to emerge as a leader in the sub-region and beyond for training in the field of Agriculture / Horticulture Entrepreneurship.
